Coring Supervision
Oil sands and oil carbonates are increasingly important in today’s energy landscape. Large scale delineation projects in the Athabasca Oil Sands, Cold Lake, Peace River Oil Sands or the Grosmont Carbonate Trend require extensive coring of shallow deposits, supervised by large teams of wellsite geologists.
Chinook Consulting has the ability to organize multi-personnel teams as well as project coordinators for such operations. Chain of Custody for Core
Chinook employs Moonrock Apps platform for various aspects of a project. From data transfer to core tracking we can efficiently and successfully monitor all core movements and capture all data on an easy-to-navigate platform.
The Drill Core and Deliverables Chain of Custody Monitoring component of this platform (CorChain module) is a unique approach that allows us to identify project management efficiencies which are then relayed to our clients in order to ensure the most accurate and efficient final product.
